1. Administrator danych
Administratorem danych osobowych jest właściciel apartamentu Soaring Seagulls. W sprawach danych osobowych prosimy o kontakt: rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl, tel. +48 881 614 935.
2. Jakie dane przetwarzamy
- Przy rezerwacji: imię i nazwisko, e-mail, telefon, termin pobytu, liczba gości, treść pola „Uwagi”.
- Przy fakturze: nazwa firmy, adres i NIP.
- Przy kontakcie e-mailem, telefonicznie lub przez WhatsApp: dane i treść wiadomości.
- Przy korzystaniu ze strony: dane techniczne (adres IP, typ przeglądarki) i pliki cookies.

4. Odbiorcy danych
Dane mogą otrzymać wyłącznie podmioty, które pomagają nam prowadzić rezerwacje: firma hostingowa strony i poczty (Hostinguj), Google (poczta Gmail, narzędzia strony), Meta (WhatsApp, jeśli Gość wybierze ten kanał), dostawca systemu księgowego (inFakt), bank oraz organy publiczne, gdy wymaga tego prawo. Nie sprzedajemy danych.
5. Przekazywanie poza EOG
Google i Meta mogą przetwarzać dane w USA. Przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej w sprawie EU-US Data Privacy Framework lub standardowych klauzul umownych.
6. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na uzasadnionym interesie. Przysługuje Ci skarga do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
7. Czy podanie danych jest obowiązkowe
Podanie danych w formularzu rezerwacji jest dobrowolne, ale bez nich nie możemy przyjąć rezerwacji. Nie podejmujemy decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany ani nie profilujemy Gości.
8. Pliki cookies
Strona używa wyłącznie plików cookies niezbędnych do działania formularza rezerwacji i zapamiętania wybranego języka. Nie używamy cookies analitycznych ani reklamowych, dlatego strona nie wyświetla banera zgody. Ustawienia cookies można zmienić w przeglądarce.

2. What data we process
- When you book: name, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and the content of the „Notes” field.
- For invoices: company name, address and VAT ID.
- When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your contact details and the content of your messages.
- When you use the website: technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients
Your data may only be shared with parties that help us handle bookings: our website and email hosting provider (Hostinguj), Google (Gmail, website tools), Meta (WhatsApp, if you choose this channel), our accounting software provider (inFakt), our bank, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Google and Meta may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
7. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data in the booking form is voluntary, but we cannot accept a booking without it. We do not make automated decisions or profile guests.
8. Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are necessary for the booking form and for remembering your language. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so the website does not display a consent banner. You can change cookie settings in your browser.
