Starowiejskiej w Gda\u0144sku (dalej: Apartament), rezerwowanym przez stron\u0119 soaringseagulls.pl, telefonicznie, e-mailem lub przez WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>Us\u0142ug\u0119 \u015bwiadczy w\u0142a\u015bciciel apartamentu Soaring Seagulls (dalej: W\u0142a\u015bciciel).<\/li>\n<li>Kontakt: <a href=\"mailto:rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl\">rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl<\/a>, tel. <a href=\"tel:+48881614935\">+48 881 614 935<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Regulamin nie dotyczy rezerwacji przez Booking.com \u2013 obowi\u0105zuj\u0105 wtedy warunki tego serwisu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a72. Rezerwacja<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Rezerwacj\u0119 sk\u0142ada si\u0119 przez formularz na stronie, podaj\u0105c termin, liczb\u0119 go\u015bci, imi\u0119 i nazwisko, e-mail i telefon.<\/li>\n<li>Rezerwacj\u0119 mo\u017cna z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 najp\u00f3\u017aniej 2 dni przed przyjazdem. Minimalny pobyt to 2 noce.<\/li>\n<li>Po z\u0142o\u017ceniu rezerwacji Go\u015b\u0107 otrzymuje e-mail z informacj\u0105 o jej przyj\u0119ciu. Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwil\u0105 wys\u0142ania przez W\u0142a\u015bciciela e-maila z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji.<\/li>\n<li>Z\u0142o\u017cenie rezerwacji oznacza akceptacj\u0119 Regulaminu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a73. Ceny i p\u0142atno\u015bci<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Ceny podane na stronie s\u0105 cenami brutto za ca\u0142y Apartament za noc i obejmuj\u0105 2 osoby, miejsce w gara\u017cu podziemnym, Wi-Fi, po\u015bciel, r\u0119czniki i sprz\u0105tanie ko\u0144cowe.<\/li>\n<li>Za 3. i 4. osob\u0119 pobierana jest dop\u0142ata 35 z\u0142 za noc. Dzieci, tak\u017ce do 3 lat, licz\u0105 si\u0119 jak doro\u015bli \u2013 w cenie i w limicie 4 os\u00f3b.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0142atno\u015b\u0107 przelewem lub BLIK-iem na dane podane w e-mailu z potwierdzeniem, najp\u00f3\u017aniej 2 tygodnie przed przyjazdem. Przy rezerwacji last minute (mniej ni\u017c 2 tygodnie do przyjazdu) \u2013 w ci\u0105gu 48 godzin od potwierdzenia.<\/li>\n<li>Je\u015bli wp\u0142ata nie wp\u0142ynie w terminie, W\u0142a\u015bciciel mo\u017ce anulowa\u0107 rezerwacj\u0119 po wcze\u015bniejszym kontakcie z Go\u015bciem.<\/li>\n<li>Na \u017cyczenie W\u0142a\u015bciciel wystawia faktur\u0119 VAT. Dane do faktury nale\u017cy poda\u0107 przy rezerwacji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a74. Rezygnacja i zmiany<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go\u015b\u0107 mo\u017ce bezp\u0142atnie zrezygnowa\u0107 z rezerwacji najp\u00f3\u017aniej 2 tygodnie przed dniem przyjazdu. Wp\u0142acona kwota zostanie zwr\u00f3cona w ci\u0105gu 48 godzin.<\/li>\n<li>Przy rezygnacji p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c 2 tygodnie przed przyjazdem lub przy nieprzybyciu wp\u0142ata nie podlega zwrotowi, chyba \u017ce W\u0142a\u015bciciel ponownie wynajmie ten termin \u2013 wtedy zwraca wp\u0142at\u0119 za odzyskane noce.<\/li>\n<li>Zmian\u0119 terminu mo\u017cna uzgodni\u0107 z W\u0142a\u015bcicielem, w miar\u0119 dost\u0119pno\u015bci.<\/li>\n<li>Zgodnie z art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta konsumentowi nie przys\u0142uguje prawo odst\u0105pienia od umowy w ci\u0105gu 14 dni, poniewa\u017c us\u0142uga zakwaterowania dotyczy oznaczonego terminu. Zasady rezygnacji okre\u015bla ten paragraf.<\/li>\n<li>Je\u015bli Apartament nie mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 udost\u0119pniony z przyczyn niezale\u017cnych od Go\u015bcia, W\u0142a\u015bciciel niezw\u0142ocznie zwraca ca\u0142\u0105 wp\u0142at\u0119.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a75. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Zameldowanie: 16:00\u201324:00. Wymeldowanie: 8:00\u201311:00.<\/li>\n<li>Zameldowanie jest samodzielne. Przed przyjazdem Go\u015b\u0107 otrzymuje instrukcj\u0119 z kodami, numerem mieszkania i planem gara\u017cu.<\/li>\n<li>Wcze\u015bniejsze zameldowanie lub p\u00f3\u017aniejsze wymeldowanie jest mo\u017cliwe po uzgodnieniu, w miar\u0119 dost\u0119pno\u015bci.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a76. Zasady pobytu<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>W Apartamencie mo\u017ce przebywa\u0107 maksymalnie 4 osoby, \u0142\u0105cznie z dzie\u0107mi.<\/li>\n<li>Obowi\u0105zuje zakaz palenia (tak\u017ce e-papieros\u00f3w) w Apartamencie i na balkonie.<\/li>\n<li>Zwierz\u0119ta nie s\u0105 akceptowane.<\/li>\n<li>Zakazane s\u0105 imprezy, w tym wieczory panie\u0144skie i kawalerskie. Cisza nocna obowi\u0105zuje w godzinach 22:00\u20136:00.<\/li>\n<li>Go\u015b\u0107 korzysta z przypisanego miejsca w gara\u017cu i przestrzega regulaminu budynku.<\/li>\n<li>Przy ra\u017c\u0105cym naruszeniu zasad W\u0142a\u015bciciel mo\u017ce zako\u0144czy\u0107 pobyt bez zwrotu wp\u0142aty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a77. Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go\u015b\u0107 odpowiada za szkody w Apartamencie i jego wyposa\u017ceniu powsta\u0142e z jego winy lub winy os\u00f3b, z kt\u00f3rymi przebywa.<\/li>\n<li>Szkody lub usterki nale\u017cy zg\u0142asza\u0107 W\u0142a\u015bcicielowi niezw\u0142ocznie po ich zauwa\u017ceniu.<\/li>\n<li>W\u0142a\u015bciciel nie odpowiada za rzeczy pozostawione w samochodzie ani za przerwy w dostawie medi\u00f3w niezale\u017cne od niego.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a78. Reklamacje<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Reklamacje mo\u017cna zg\u0142asza\u0107 e-mailem na rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl lub telefonicznie, najlepiej w trakcie pobytu, aby umo\u017cliwi\u0107 szybkie usuni\u0119cie problemu.<\/li>\n<li>W\u0142a\u015bciciel rozpatruje reklamacj\u0119 w ci\u0105gu 14 dni od jej otrzymania i odpowiada e-mailem.<\/li>\n<li>Konsument mo\u017ce skorzysta\u0107 z pomocy miejskiego lub powiatowego rzecznika konsument\u00f3w albo Wojew\u00f3dzkiego Inspektoratu Inspekcji Handlowej.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a79. Dane osobowe<\/h2>\n<p>Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych opisuje <a href=\"\/polityka-prywatnosci\/\">Polityka prywatno\u015bci<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a710. Postanowienia ko\u0144cowe<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje si\u0119 przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci Kodeksu cywilnego i ustawy o prawach konsumenta.<\/li>\n<li>Regulamin obowi\u0105zuje od dnia jego publikacji na stronie. Do rezerwacji z\u0142o\u017conych wcze\u015bniej stosuje si\u0119 regulamin z dnia rezerwacji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ss-legal ss-en-only\">\n<p><em>Effective from 24 October 2026. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a71. General provisions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>These Terms set out the rules for booking and staying at the Soaring Seagulls apartment on Starowiejska Street in Gda\u0144sk (the Apartment), booked via soaringseagulls.pl, by phone, by email or via WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>The service is provided by the owner of the Soaring Seagulls apartment (the Owner).<\/li>\n<li>Contact: <a href=\"mailto:rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl\">rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl<\/a>, phone <a href=\"tel:+48881614935\">+48 881 614 935<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms do not apply to bookings made via Booking.com \u2013 Booking.com&#8217;s terms apply to those.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a72. Booking<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Bookings are made through the form on the website by entering the dates, number of guests, name, email and phone number.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings can be made no later than 2 days before arrival. The minimum stay is 2 nights.<\/li>\n<li>After submitting a booking, the Guest receives an email confirming it has been received. The contract is concluded when the Owner sends the booking confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li>Making a booking means accepting these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a73. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prices on the website are gross prices for the whole Apartment per night and include 2 guests, an underground parking space, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>A surcharge of PLN 35 per night applies to the 3rd and 4th guest. Children, including those under 3, count as adults \u2013 both in the price and in the 4-guest limit.<\/li>\n<li>Payment by bank transfer or BLIK to the details given in the confirmation email, no later than 2 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings (less than 2 weeks before arrival) \u2013 within 48 hours of confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>If payment is not received on time, the Owner may cancel the booking after contacting the Guest.<\/li>\n<li>On request, the Owner issues a VAT invoice. Invoice details should be provided when booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a74. Cancellations and changes<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Guest may cancel free of charge no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date. Any amount paid will be refunded within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations made later than 2 weeks before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the payment is non-refundable, unless the Owner re-lets the dates \u2013 in which case the payment for the re-let nights is refunded.<\/li>\n<li>A change of dates can be agreed with the Owner, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li>Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, consumers do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal, as accommodation services are provided for a specific date. Cancellations are governed by this section.<\/li>\n<li>If the Apartment cannot be made available for reasons beyond the Guest&#8217;s control, the Owner will promptly refund the full payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a75. Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Check-in: 4:00 pm \u2013 midnight. Check-out: 8:00\u201311:00 am.<\/li>\n<li>Check-in is self check-in. Before arrival, the Guest receives instructions with the codes, apartment number and a garage plan.<\/li>\n<li>Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a76. House rules<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>A maximum of 4 people, including children, may stay in the Apartment.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the Apartment or on the balcony.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Parties, including hen and stag nights, are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm \u2013 6:00 am.<\/li>\n<li>The Guest uses the assigned garage space and follows the building rules.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the Owner may end the stay without a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a77. Liability<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Guest is liable for damage to the Apartment and its equipment caused by the Guest or by the people staying with them.<\/li>\n<li>Damage or faults should be reported to the Owner as soon as they are noticed.<\/li>\n<li>The Owner is not liable for items left in vehicles or for utility interruptions beyond the Owner&#8217;s control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a78. Complaints<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Complaints can be submitted by email to rezerwacje@soaringseagulls.pl or by phone, preferably during the stay, so that the issue can be fixed quickly.<\/li>\n<li>The Owner will handle a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and reply by email.<\/li>\n<li>Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a79. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The processing of personal data is described in the <a href=\"\/en\/polityka-prywatnosci\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a710. Final provisions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms apply from the date of their publication on the website.
